Sometimes, the guest does not want to finish the call because of personal reasons. On the right hand side, you may press the button „Turn away“ if the guest would like to stop without offer or reservation:
After clicking on this button, a small window appears from which you must choose the reason for the turn away without business:
These reasons are configurated inside rezNG and are customizable.
The reservation agents chooses the correct reason and confirms with „Ok“. Afterwards, he gets the confirmation that the turn away was successfully done.
